On April 21st to 26th: Experience a Taste of LONGEVITY BASICS: FASTING is a super tool for a healthy body and a clear mind. Our Spring Cleanse will utilize Prolon's Fasting Mimicking Diet. We will "Fast" for 5 days while eating already prepared food. This is a creative system of "fasting" while eating.
